Meditation with arch. Uriel ~
I m at the side of the lake. Its peaceful and loving orange energy. I see in front of me big crystal with amazing flowing shades of orange light –from dark in the middle to light on the edges. Then Arch. Uriel appears in a female form. She is in front of me, and all around is light. Special color of yellow light, which bring joy and peace. I come inside the lake and relax. Then swim for a while, making the ritual cleaning of my body. There are lovely yellow roses and flowers around the place of the lake. Arch. Uriel then from a distance stand , and between her there is much and strong light, with shades of gold. She says: dear pure child, I give you cleansing power from all negativity to your Solar plexus chakra (and sends much yellow light to my stomach area); be in peace, be secure, save and in state of confidence. Here I give you one sacred book (she gives me an open book, which I don’t read), and says: I`m happy you are on the truth path of awakening souls. You need to read more and more, to receive wisdom, and many things will be revealed to you by themselves. Do not worry about something else. You should have peace of mind, strength and confidence. Use this book to help you and call me any time u need. “Be with Gods Light”.
Uriel says too: See and observe trees around you. Go out in the nature and feel the light of day. Crown of the tree are braches and leaves. They are like fingers, drinking and absorbing light from the universe. The same way are your hands, fingers and palms. You can take light, heal and transform it, you can give light. Both directions. Light is essential for humans, as well as for tree and plants.
This light is nourishing your soul and mind, bringing energy to all cells in the body.
Then all I`m surrounded by yellow light and happiness. I m near a tree, standing and yellow wings, one angel of light is next to me, she says: My name is Banu, I` m here to teach you how to create light and heal yourself. Stand up now with open palms to sky, close your eyes, see how your palms radiate strong light. (I really saw streams of light from my palms), then stay in this position 10 min, and then move your right leg aside (similar to warrior position in Yoga) and left straight, make circle with one hand around your body –over head – so you feel the light energy. Then make outside circle too with another hand, while seeing the light. (* In your practice in life you can also make the same exercise and breath). Do the same to another side, using your hands to surround with light. Say the following : “I` m powerful, I have peace in mind, my body is healthy, and my Solar Plexus chakra is flowing with yellow energy. I` m pure soul, developing messages and lessons of angels. I` m strong and have power over any negative vibration from around, from anyone and anything.”
