Continues from the first part ~

Finally the 3^rd kind of people for you are Soul mates. There are many people without any soul mates during all life time. There are some with soul mates, who then disappear, or change their role in ones life. Options are multiple; the most important of the soul mates is sharing the following qualities (feelings) during the time-moment :

sharing intimate feelings, sharing important events; sharing joyful events; sharing sadness, sorrowful events together; they should be in deep connection together by mind and heart; be truthful, honest, open, compassionate, helpful, loving, attached, ready to help, ready to share spiritual events (life missions). That are the basic qualities and feelings of soul mates –they should be on the same or similar wave – in vibration match. Both of soul mates need to have the same level of purity, and often they have connection on basis of mission. (for example –you and your soul mate can love literature, chemistry, poetry, writing; or certain sport; share the same interests.) Even so –that’s not obligatory. Some soul mates don’t share the same interests, but they feel with our heart; and see inside of us. We have also often telepathic connection with soul mate. In other words –soul mate is the perfect friend and companion for us.

    So now look at the people you know, or people you call “friends”. How many of them have qualities of soul mates? How many share intimate moments, (sadness, joy; events) with you? how many you alone share your inner feelings with? How many are ready, willing to help you? how many know your life –moment now and your situation, your heart and mind; how many are aware of your spiritual development and ascension?

How many know and share your interests (life missions, passions)?

After you answer these basic questions you can make clean classification of people around you and put them in the category –connections, weeds, soul mates.

You ll discover maybe with disappointment –most of your friends are “connections”, some people around are already weeds needed to be removed, and maybe 0 or 1 soul mate. To feel, see and acknowledge the true situation is the first step. The second is to remove the weeds, to see how you can help each other with your connections, in which aspect –passion, dream, motivation? And to search for soul mates! Which is not so easy as it seems.

Sharing is one of the aspects of soul mate – and if someone is closed to you – dishonest, untruth, fake, wears mask, afraid to share, has prejudice- so its not soul mate. The same you have to see yourself exactly on the level you are standing now. If you are low –middle or high –according to your dreams, attention, mission, fulfillment, spiritually. If you are on a higher level then most probably your connections will change – disappear from your garden and on their place appear another in equal to your level energy.

With arch. Haniel and angel Astra (part I )

   * I was at the lake place; all the sun light there was beautiful and shining. Arch. Haniel appeared and gave me light-orange fruit –which I ate, so it made my energy in Sacral c. cleansed. Then appeared Astra – angel assistant for ascension; she said – now I`ll learn levitation” so I was sitting in lotus pose; she said – now you`ll start by levitation on first level – that means two inches above the ground level. First thing to remember is – look in front and to the sun (there was orange sun on the horizon) – and little up, don’t look down, as this can make your fear or wonder arise and you lose focus. Everything needs focus. So concentrate on the sun; breath slowly and make your brain empty; receive energy from the healing sphere on you Soul star c. I made that, and it was amazing, I was floating in the air confidently and felt free. Then from curiosity I looked little down and felt more dizzy and near to fall. Astra said with gentle voice – see, it happens, look up again. So I stayed in the air for a while. Then she started to teach me more- while she spoke I saw also written words in the air in front of me, as if on a board in school.

    I want to tell you – don’t be worries about others, and not at all what they think. Confucius said “ Worry what others think and you`ll be their prisoner”. First love yourself, listen to your deep self – heart, emotions, care of yourself. Then you can achieve love to others, that is by essence unconditional and pure. Without loving yourself, you cant find love from others, nor you can really give love.

People – or souls around you, that you meet on this journey are unique, but everyone has different kind of relation to you; its hard just one person to encompass all your life-experiences or to give you all lessons you need to learn. That`s why I want to tell you to not be afraid or worried about them. Everyone comes in this field to give something and to take something from others. This state is quite natural by the laws. People souls you meet are not all destined to be with you during your life time here. Actually its very rarely or almost impossible to find such souls that are matching your energy and tune to all your life situations here, all the time span; That’s why you (people generally) still do not understand and misinterpret the concept of “soul mate” and specially of “Twin flames”. Twin flames is very complex and difficult concept, so now I wont give explanation of it, but another time. It`s connected with the love mirrors tough. Opposite of what many may think –not everyone has a Twin flame, moreover –its rarely to find people with twin flames.

* Now about the three categories of people you meet in your life; 1. Connections -2. Weeds -3. Soul mates

  People –connections (and this is good term) are widely spread around you. They are seen mostly in different parts and times of your life span; Connections can be all that we meet, without to be close enough to us, but who have one outline (character, feature, mission) which coincides with our plan or desire for development in the same moment (or period of time). That means – we need something from them and in this way we acknowledge they are helpful for us. Please be aware! We do not use them, nor we have negative thoughts or feelings to these people – because that wont be real connection. On the contrary – the time we understand we need them, we are ready and open for any help from our side in return. We know that as there is balance in nature –when we take –we should give from heart. That’s one of the important aspects of “connections” – we are links for them in the time-moment –and they are the same for us –in another time moment or the same. Surely if you don’t understand and act according to this divine law –bad consequences will appear. Many of the negative, dark, deluded energy on earth happens because we didn’t return the favor of someone we met; or he didn’t return our help from heart –or had dark emotions towards us. That leads to natural disasters, which appear in energy level –then in real. We need to be always: loving, compassionate, empathetic, open, honest, truthful, understanding with others –no matter what role they have in our life.

Now about the second category- weeds.

As we said last time – our mind and heart is a garden with beautiful flowers and trees. If you don’t take care of the garden daily –regularly –it will become bad place, sun wont penetrate much, flowers will be wilting and dying, trees wont give fruit, and finally many weeds will be spread around the space. To keep the garden clean you need to first cleanse your heart from the bad cords daily; second to feel, recognize the negative and evil souls (weeds) that have affect or which presence stayed in your garden and without any fear or doubt remove them. We can be compassionate with divine energy, with everything that possess light of God. But some creatures do not (for different reasons), which make them immediately out of our attention. In other words –we live by heart and soul in different dimensions and see different worlds. We cant have any energetic match to such people – that`s why you shouldn’t feel sad to remove them away from your garden. If you don not –you risk the life of your own nice and grown plants; The moment you remove the weeds – all dark cords from them will be removed too –and light will come inside again; then your garden will have more place for growing lovely flowers.

   Something more about weeds – they can be so many different kind of – they may be even your connections before – which transform their attitude and feelings to you, someone who grows hatred, revenge or any bad emotion to you, or any other possible rejection feeling. Then its important to see, recognize their transformation and pluck them off with the root. They are no longer any connection to you, or they lose any importance for your life (missions) – moreover you don’t feel them. Here are people who also don’t share, don’t appear, don`t help you in any way, who don’t love you too. So if they are not even connected with any of your life missions –remove them. * Garden is a place of memory too.

Meditation 1201

My day of Root chakra, grounding. Feeling most dizzy in the day; but with energy. 

1201 - 9 - [ Tourmaline ]

I was at the beautiful lake. in red color dress, and calm. All was sparkling around me, and the sun was very intense and in red color. Then arch. Metatron appeared, he was in magical white light, and blue-green and golden light aura. His presence was very soothing and encouraging. He told me, I was special and chosen for a mission in this life time; to hold on to my deepest desires and to what I feel attached and passionate. There are 4 ways – spiritual missions I have to master here and that are given to me – 1. art of poetry; 2. languages 3. teaching, spiritual writing and teaching; 4. connecting with angels and helping others. So in this life time I have really much work, to devote my time and energy to what I love.

2 meditation ~

Hanniel appeared and said: don’t be afraid and don’t be worried everything in your life will happen in the appointed time. So just go with the energy flow; let your mind open. Don’t think about others – everyone has his own flow and vibration and cant be perfect match to you. You need to master cleansing the energy and protection from other bad, negative resorses. Its important to protect yourself from picking bad energy cords or be influenced from others cords. Often people with very low vibration want to raise” it in artificial and fast way – by stealing it from others with much higher mind. They cannot achieve the state by themselves but there are ways to lock your energy field and keep It clean. You are special and ll achieve all what you are destined. Don’t hesitate and remove the weeds from your garden. The weeds are not needed, and they just suck the water and life from real flowers and plants. Remove the weeds from your garden, don’t be compassionate with them; they cant deserve this feeling. Only when you remove them, you`ll be able to take care of beautiful and blooming flowers. All people you are surrounded – all objects are also part of your growing as a “flower” in your garden. They ll be different, and change by the time with the flow of different energy. In higher levels the flowers are spreading light and their aura is visible. Continue your way ahead and don’t look back.

Keep your lake clean (soul); every time you are diving in this lake you`ll notice the color of water, the state of purity and what is on the bottom. Keep on the bottom only shining crystals, remove all little dark objects or unclean staff, which fall there by chance. By cleaning your lake you`ll find it crystal clean and flourishing. Crystals and corals will grow inside its bottom…as you already saw it today (** in my first meditation I was diving in the lake and saw amazing variety of many ruby red glowing and translucent crystals, they were many ,also corals, and water was amazingly pure, more than anytime; I was happy.)

The lake is your soul, and the garden is your spiritual reality. You connect with others through and in the space of your spiritual reality. There the darkness cant affect you, if you grow the exact plants to keep it away. Take care of your garden, as here is place where you invite others to come, and be close to you. Be aware; feel others by heart, not by mind.

Now I send you my assistant for teaching simple techniques and rules how to lock your energy , to avoid negative influence from someone, who has unclean cords or bad intentions.

Greetings, my name is Astra, I`ll teach you some techniques you can use daily to prevent yourself from others. Put your hands straight in front of you outstretched, on the level of your Third eye and little higher; put your palms out and straight, while your left palm is in front of your right. So that both hands look little like cross. Breath, and say: “Keeping my aura field and energy clean, I lock it now for this person” –visualize the face of him. Then slowly move your left hand –down and back, up and front –making gently a circle in the air until you go to the same position; put your left palm behind your right this time. Then repeat the same with your right hand, make circle in the air with your right arm. Then put it again behind your left. Make a circle around your head with your palms to outwards; then make the same circle around your head and Third eye with your palms to you. You energy is now locked, and clean. This energy lock is valid until 22 hours, so if you stay long time in presence of toxic person you should repeat it. Then make with your hands a “chalice” by touching the wrists and opening the palms like chalice, and extend them above your head as high as you can. Imagine a shining sphere of light above the chalice and feel its stream coming to you from your crown –cleansing all your body in soft waves. Astra said:

Consuming and picking negative energy, (or light energy from your level reality) is related to the Third eye. Cleanse your third eye, so you wont have any dizziness, headaches and hard feeling. In the same time, your root chakra is responsible for throwing the “garbage” –the bad energies inside you. That’s why when you have negative person you should lock your Third eye, but make root always open to flush the dark spots.

Another way your energy to be kept away and clean is wearing a red bundle (threat) on your wrist, or in your hair; wearing plaits, and red wax candle. As now there is no red wax, you can use painted in red candle, light it up when you are in presence of the person (you may do that in another room too); and keep this candle only for cases of cleansing. If you have meeting with such person, or someone unknown to you (but you know his face), visualize him/ her holding the red burning candle and make 3 circles in the air from right to left clockwise; say quietly “Let arch. Miachel keep my energy safe from all negative influences outside, including people and objects.”

Dream (1) -black cats

    As I decided from today to make account of my dreams, I`ll start writing whatever I can recall in my memory with numbers. Today is my number one dream. Sadly I cant remember all of it, but surely the most important parts are still inside me.

It was too amazing and strange dream, because it happened first time for me. I was in a place, with people I don’t know (that happens already many times) and there was a garden or a property of someone –a man unknown for me, who invited us to just walk inside this place. It was more like deserted garden, covered with overgrown weedy grass. There was ordinary fence from metal all around the place. It was also like some places had fence just in middle, like labyrinth, or just standing on your way. My friend who was with me –I didn’t see her, but remember just as a voice –she said – ok, you can come inside this place alone. I`m not very found of these cats.” She said so, because from the beginning of entrance” –(which was fence only) we saw black cats. I said: ok, for me there is no problem at all, I like black cats, and came inside. But the more I was walking with hardship inside the weedy garden, the more I stumbled everywhere in black cats, all were big, and just lying here and there and above the fence and the ground; I didn’t touch them at all, and I didn’t feel any pleasure from these cats, but was also not afraid. Until I saw they became more and more and more…and I suddenly found all over the place super many cats, all of them were the same pure black with green eyes and lazy…They didn’t do anything, just resent. Finally in me arose feeling similar to fear, or just higher awareness for something on the way. I felt not safe enough on this place, as also I didn’t want to touch the cats with my body or hands. So I was passing in very careful way. As they became everywhere and like multiplying, I was shocked and needed to escape from the place. Then I just thought I have to go “above all”, and hardly with efforts succeed to fly above all that place. It happened, but somehow in insecure and clumsy way. I flew and saw from above some people going around after the garden ended. I remember specially a very slender woman dressed totally in red color – high red pants and red coat. I was amazing how her legs were slim. And why she wears all red.

There were more from the dream after, but I don’t remember it, as I think it went to totally different places and events. The cats were amazing and when one turned to me it had amazing green eyes.

In another strange dream, that I wont describe here, but just mention, as it was few weeks ago – I saw many very big scorpions in a place outside, which was also looking similarly and unknown with yellow and weedy grass, and ground. I felt horrified from these giant big scorpions that were also many and multiplied in the place. Another dream I had with lions –but there were more calm looking and in place of my “back garden” of the block. I`ll search for the symbol meanings.

~ Cats in a dream

Some easy rules how to connect with your angels

    I wrote already many articles about that topic, how to connect with angels. As I still feel many people do not understand or have certain problems “connecting” with their angels, I would like to write again today and suggest some easy rules about them.

    First of all, I want to determine one very simple thing you should remember, no matter how hard you try to “listen” to your angel or “see” him: it is not obligatory to connect with your divine guides using the skill of “seeing”. There are many other senses, in favor of humans, that are always good to be used and developed. So do not expect, that you ll just see your angel in front of you and see any kind of shape, light or face (except you already have a special gift to do so), and without any visualization exercise. Visualization is needed in order to see, and it comes from exactly imagination, creating visual images in your mind. Without this technique is not very certain if you could see any spiritual being. Actually much easier way is “listening” to an angel, than seeing him/ her. Other senses you may use as well developed in you are sensation and smell. These are the most common ways for feeling and observing the angel presence.

Here I would like to say what you could do in order to be prepared for meeting your guardian angel or spiritual guides.

1. Open your heart ~

the heart center is the key center for communication with angels and celestial beings. Without open heart chakra you wont be able to sense by any other way the angelic presence. Be sure to make cleansing of your heart by meditation, prayer, calmness; to reach to this state of pure heart” you may use some of the following: observe plants in the nature, make walk in the nature near the trees, use aroma oil of eucalypt, lemon, orange, geranium, rose; use crystal balls or stones of green aventurine, prehnite, peridot, chrysocola, emerald, rose quartz, rhodochrosite. ( you can say to the stone: “Please help in cleansing my heart chakra” ), listen to – Tibetan bowls for the heart; listen to wind sound and wind chimes;

2. Calm your mind ~

This rule is connected with both – Third eye chakra and Crown. We all need calm mind, in order to do any ordinary task in life. when trying to connect with your angels calmness is even more needed. With a jumping and roaming net – buzz of thoughts, you wont be able to listen or see anything. Be sure to make yourself calm and empty from thoughts. First in order to do that make your mind empty by meditation (at least 20 min) stay in the stillness. Just feel and sense the air around you, or smell aroma oils like lavender, jasmine, patchouli, frankincense, rose; Use crystals to calm your busy and rushing mind: amethyst, clear quartz, lapis lazuli, lepidolite, fluorite. Specially good for that purpose is purple fluorite ball. After your mind is clean and clear, you can continue with next step.

3) Make connection between heart and mind ~

You can make that as a visualization exercise. Imagine pure white light flowing from the swirling Merkaba (or a sphere) from your Soul star chakra above your head –down to your body, coming through your crown chakra, going all the way down through your body until reach your heart center. You ll feel intense feeling of warmth and calmness. Imagine this light stays longer in your heart, expanding it with green, pink or white light. This is link between your heart and mind. Say inside yourself , while making this exercise: “my heart is open, cleansed and knows all secrets; my mind is open clear and feels the love”. Stay for a while receiving energy from the higher place.

4) Light up a candle ~

The next step is to focus your mind. Concentrate in the flame for 5 min from a distance. If you want to reach to special archangel say his name three times like “arch. Michael…” then say aloud or in yourself “Let me see your beautiful light, or listen to your guidance, or connect with you by any other way, with permission of the universe.” After that you can just imagine” visualize yourself in a beautiful place, covered with light, near a lake or fountain, you are sitting between many flowers, there are also trees nearby. Again call your angel, or archangel you want to connect and stay still for some of time. Then your will see the light first, or just listen his words to you.

I want to underline, that its very important to call upon your angel in state of calmness and purity; that means it will be better if you make short fast for this day, just restrain from food 2 hours before the meditation, and 2 hours after. Also you wont be able to connect with your divine guides, if you had very unclean energy, or when you are exhausted, when you are drained, or if you have selfish aims with this connection, or purely material purposes. Angels require devotion and clean intentions! That means they Will help you –definitely if you need something like healing, but they may not appear to you; You need to deserve their appreciation.

Have in mind too, that angels can connect anyone, but just we are the ones not able to reach to them, as our minds (and heart) are not totally dedicated, or not cleansed, and we often cant tune to the same “signals”, universe waves –which to allow us to connect. That is why so many people even eagerly willing to speak with their angels, still fail. In order to do that, be sure you are on the same “tune” with the universe. The ways are as we said –open your heart and mind by regular meditation, use crystals, listen sound of bowls, think about angels and read about them. Very soon then you`ll be able to connect.

Most of the people who fail to “see” visualize the angel, they can usually use another high sense –like sensation and hearing. They ll sense the presence of angel, and listen to his words even in unexpected way. Angels often send to us signs (numbers, objects, meeting other people, coincidences…) and dreams exactly to enhance our attention in special direction. They always are with us and connect with us. So it depend entirely on your willing and aim to be able to “connect” with them.

Guide to basic crystals for chakra cleansing and balance

   There are many ways to heal, cleanse and balance your energy and your chakras. You need to allow the pure light to come in each of your spinning energy wheels, so you can achieve good health, balanced emotions, joy, happiness, awareness. We all suffer from one or another form of imbalance and there are not so many people in absolute state of purity or harmony all the time. We go through different times, hard periods, work stress, over thinking, lack of sleep, negative emotions. One of the worst effects on our aura and chakras have polluted” negative atmosphere, surroundings and emotions spread by others. For this reason we need to practice energy cleansing daily, which we access with meditation.

   There are several ways to open our chakras and allow the light to expand in them. Most of these ways are connected with the basic five senses that people are given from god. With the sense of hearing we can heal and balance our energy using tools like Tibetan bowls, pure crystal bowls, wind chimes, bells, sounds of Theta waves; all these sounds need also concentrated and calm mind and listening for between 20 min and 60 min. We can also heal our chakras with different instruments sounds, but I`ll write about that in a separate article. Another amazing way to open the chakras is with the sense of smell; it is used by aromatherapy to heal and balance mind; Essential oils have unique properties in that respect providing also sense of calmness, curing many illnesses on emotional, spiritual and physical level. Our sense of taste can be used in effective healing the organs and energy by eating fruits, vegetables, drinking combination of juices and drinks; Balancing chakras can be done also with concentration on looking and observing objects- like flowers, trees, nature objects, coloring or drawing mandalas. One of the best possible way is of course physical activities, yoga exercises connected with each chakra.

You can see there are so many amazing ways, all of them include the beautiful nature we already have! One of my personally favorite ways is using crystals. Crystals, minerals and stones (as well as shells, pebbles, sand) contain so powerful energy flow, that anyone who works with them closely will admit that. They are tools connected with the Cosmic universal vibration and energy, awaken with our sense of “touch” and inner sensitivity. They are connected also with the endless divine love of god and angels to us. That`s why they are given as a healing tool and medicine to humans. Even so we are just now awakening to the amazing properties of earth crystals. Many people still think by “scientific way” and approach, that all about healing with crystals is just a fantasy, empty talk or nice fairy tales. If you never experienced that effect, its never too late to do so! Maybe your sense of touch and inner sensation is not so developed in higher levels. That does not mean it doesn’t exist with other humans. So take time, observe and study the crystals, you `ll find the truth, when you search and re-search. I encourage you for that.

Concerning my personal experiences with crystals and stones I can say I m really into their energy. I have relatively big collection of crystals, some of them natural rocks, another polished in beautiful shapes of balls or eggs. Opposite of the common believe that only the “natural crystals” (means not polished one) possess high vibration, I`ll say, no. All crystals, cut, shaped and polished in forms, have high energy. The clue is in how you connect with them with your own inner light, and how open you are to receive the information inside them. Not all people are highly sensitive, and that’s quite normal. But once you accept, love and connect with one crystal, it will become like your friend, and always there to help you cleanse your energy and heal you. Crystals will love you back.

   I turn attention here on chakras and related crystals for energy work. I present in my list most common, well known crystals, you can always add some more, if you want. Make your own favorite list and enjoy healing meditation! * receiving crystals energy can be done by various ways. When you meditate just hold the crystal in your left hand, close your eyes and feel. Another way is to lay down and place crystals on exact points of your body –usually chakra centers. For example for working on opening sacral chakra place carnelian stone little below your stomach, fire agate (or any orange stone) on your heart, and clear quartz on the third eye. These are the basic positions for healing – the chakra that needs work, heart and third eye. You can also hold crystal in your left hand.

I. Root  (Muladhara)  * red garnet, Ruby, red Jasper (all kind of jasper), bloodstone, red agate, fire agate, red calcite, hematite, black obsidian, mokaite, petrified wood, shungite, red, black tourmaline, black onyx, smoky quartz.

II. Sacral (Svadhishtana)  * Carnelian, orange calcite, orange agate, amber, orange moonstone, orange aventurine, cherry quartz, sunstone, crocoaite, citrine, sardonyx, milky quartz.

III. Solar Plexus (Manipura) * amber, yellow calcite, yellow jade, yellow fluorite, yellow aventurine, heliodor, golden topaz, mokaite, sunstone, yellow opal.

IV. Heart (Anahata)  * emerald, green jade, Indian agate, green moss agate, lime green jade, green calcite, green quartz, malachite, prehnite, peridot, Chrysocola, Chrysoprase, green aventurine, rose quartz, pink opal, rhodochrosite, rhodonite, pink selenite, pink moonstone, green fluorite; watermelon tourmaline, kunzite, morganite;

V. Throat (Vishudha)  * sapphire, aquamarine, aqua aura quartz, blue opal, blue jade, blue selenite, light blue calcite, angelite, blue halcedony, kyanite, clear quartz, turquoise, hawlite, pearls, apatite, celestite, blue lace agate, Larimar;

VI. Third eye (Ajna) * Tanzanite, kyanite, blue topaz, Lapis Lazuli, lazurite, sodalite, aurora quartz, amethyst, purple jade, lepidolite, purple fluorite, Charoite.

VII. Crown (Sahasrara) * Diamond, Herkimer diamond, clear quartz, moonstone, white opal, purple, white fluorite, selenite, lepidolite, kunzite, morganite, danburite.

These are the basic crystals on each chakra. Some of them can be used for clearing the entire aura, and balancing all chakras: amethyst, clear quartz, fluorite, selenite, diamond, white opal. Some kind of stones are used mostly for grounding and cleansing the energies like all jaspers, and obsidians.

Guide to basic aroma oils for chakra balancing

    * Essential oils are the basic alphabet of spiritual awakening and motivation for energy work. They are so important in our life, as they not only work on a higher level, uplifting and cleansing the aura, balancing chakras, but help also to boost immune system and fight many illnesses on a physical level. They are gift from nature and god to enhance, recover and heal, so they are pure natural medicine. Essential oils are wide spread and used in different ways – for massage on the body, in aroma lamp for meditation, in bath and water for relaxing, for making aroma spray. Take time and use them every 2 days for achieving best result.

   Aromatherapy is used to cleanse our body from toxins, clear the blockages from our energy, so we can feel more alive and happy. All kind of oils we can use also for cleansing the energy of home, with aroma-lamp and spray. We need to have basic knowledge about what essential oils to use for chakra opening and balancing. Here I suggest list with most common scents for each energy wheel; I`ll add also information what other actions you can make in order to assure balance in your chakra. If you use the powerful natural gift regularly you wont need any other additional medicine and you`ll enjoy strong health and joyful mind.

I. How to use essential oils?

Most people are aware now of the ways aromatherapy works, but I would like to add this for some, who are just in the beginning of their interest with oils. There are some easy common ways. Have in mind that essential oils are highly concentrated and you have to put just one to few drops.

a)     relaxing and cleansing ~ take a bath, putting inside your favorite aroma oils mixing 3-5 drops from each (better use not more than 3 different oils) Add also little sea salt and enjoy the full relax.

b)     Meditation & room cleansing ~ put 2 drops of oil in aroma lamp and close your eyes and enjoy beautiful meditation, while focusing on the chakras related with this aroma. This works perfect for cleansing the space energy.

c)      Detoxifying, recovering from illness ~ put 2 drops of oil in a boiling water with little sea salt. Take a towel and cover your head so that to be above the steam, and to be fully covered; leave distance between the steam and your face and breath for 5-10 min the steam. This is used for softening the face-skin, for problematic skin or acne (with tea-tree oil) for cough and common cold –with chamomile and peppermint oil.

d)     Detoxifying body in the end of the day ~ in a plastic basin with warm water drop 3 drops of essential oil of any kind. You can add also sea salt and enjoy absolute relax and detoxification of you body. You`ll feel the energy flowing from down to up.

e)     Aroma spray ~ use a glass bottle and mix distilled water and 5 drops of one oil (25 ml) for stronger effect you can use three different oils, mix each of them with 5-6 drops and shake the bottle before use. Leave it for at least 5 hours so it become good composition. Then use for room spray, or on yourself (make sure to not spray on sensitive places –face or eyes). You can use this on arms, underarms, neck.

* Here I present to you my list with basic essential oils for chakra opening. In many aromatherapy sites they are different, as well as mixed and combined in different way. That is because each person have personal preferences and favorite aroma, but there are some constant oils effective specially for determined chakra.

IV. Heart (Anahata) * eucalypt, pine tree, aloe, tea tree, pink rose; Melissa;

** Bergamot, neroli, tangerine, musk, bamboo, lilac, hyacinth, rosemary, apple, sakura (cherry blossom); strawberry

V. Throat chakra (Vishudha) * Peppermint, chamomile, honey;

** geranium blue, green tea, cypress, grapefruit; basil, juniper

VI. Third eye (Ajna) * Lavender, violets, blueberry, frankincense, myrrh;

** Clary sage, juniper, helichrysum, elemi, marjoram; lilac, sakura

VII. Crown chakra (Sahasrara) * Lavender, coconut, white rose, Jasmine, salvia, frankincense; ** elemi, rosewood, gurjum, galbanum; Spikenard, Sandalwood, salvia.

Some essential oils are effective as we can see for all chakras, they are favorite of many people, have properties of soothing the nerve system, clearing the mind and awakening sense of joy. These are: rose, rosemary, lavender, neroli, ylang ylang, frankincense, sandalwood, vetiver, salvia, coconut, strawberry, vanilla.
